Bonjour!

Hello every one!
This is a blog about how to maintain a healthy lifestyle with no time & no money! It is directed more toward college students who are just so damn busy that working out and being healthy gets put on the back burner.
I was inspired after hearing so many of my friends complain about how they're so busy that they don't have time to be healthy. I said "Psshh, if I can do it working 20 hours a week and going to school full-time at a community college, anyone can."
Then.. I transferred to University of Houston...

Before I knew it, even I had no time to work out! I was always on the run, eating fast food or campus food every day, and I wasn't doing anything close to working out.

My goal is to have at least one reader figure out a way to work health back into their busy schedules with my advise.
